Died June 28, 1958

      Frances E. Jacobs, Crystal Run, widow of Nial Jacobs, died here Saturday after a long illness. She was 83.
     Born in Goshen Oct. 28, 1874, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Beaupre. She was a lifetime resident of the Town of Wallkill.
     Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Bessie Van Benschoten and Mrs. Louise Smith, Middletown, Mrs. Nelson Cox, Goshen, Mrs. Robert Hoskins, Montgomery, and Mrs. Ruth Shuran, Silver Lake; five sons, Roy, Crystal Run, Kenneth, Texas, Irving, New Mexico, John, Silver Lake, and Harry, Circleville: 22 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
     Services will be held at 2 p. m., Tuesday in Hasbrouck's Chapel, the Rev. Robert D. Allred officiating.  Interment will be in Wallkill Cemetery.

Roy E. Jacobs
Goshen

Died January 9, 1968

     Funeral services for  Roy E. Jacobs, 75, of Scotchtown Rd., Goshen, will be at 10 Saturday at St. John's Roman Catholic Church, 71 Murray Ave., Goshen.
     He died Wednesday, at his home after a long illness.
     He was born June 4, 1892, in the Town of Wallkill.  He was the son of Nial Jacobs and Emma Beaupre.
     Mr. Jacobs married the former Mary Ann Rielly, who survives.
     He was a retired produce farmer.  He was a communicant of St. John's Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
     Also surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Louise Clauson, Mrs. Bessie Van Benschoten, and Mrs. Ruth Hinkle, all of Middletown, Mrs. Mary E. Hoskins of Montgomery, Mrs. Rhodella Cox of Goshen; four brothers, Harry of Circleville, John of Silver Lake, Irving of New Mexico, and Kenneth of Texas.
     The Knights of Columbus will recite the Rosary at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 S. Church St., Goshen, at 8 Friday night.
     Burial will be in St. John's Cemetary, Goshen.
     Friends may call at the funeral home Friday 2-4 and 7-9.

Harry L. Jacobs

CIRCLEVILLE
      Harry L. Jacobs, 77, of Seamen Road died Wednesday at Horton Memorial Hospital in Middletown.
     The son of Mr. and Mrs. Nial Jacobs, he was born Feb. 21, 1900, in Crystal Run.
     A retired boiler maker for the Ontario & Western Railroad and the New Haven and Hartford Railroad, he was a member of the Boiler Makers Union and the Bullville Grange.
     He was the widower of of the former Laura A. Dexheimer.
     Survivors include two sons, Leslie of Otisville and Lawrence of Circleville; several brothers and sisters; three grandchildren and on great-grandchild.
     Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Cornelius, Dodd and Connell, Inc., Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown.
     Burial will be in the Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
     Contributions may be made to the Town of Wallkill Ambulance Corps.

CRYSTAL RUN MAN, CITED AT FAIR, DIES


 Nial C. Jacobs died today at his home at Crystal Run.
Mr. and Mrs. Jacobs, who celebrated their golden wedding in December of 1940, were cited last summer at the Orange County Fair as the old timer's day couple having the most children.
Mr. Jacobs was born at Wawarsing June 10, 1868, a son of John and Julia Bennett Jacobs. He and former Emma Beaupre were married in Goshen December 24, 1890.
Mr. Jacobs wife and 12 children survive---Roy of Tarrytown, Harry of Sands Station, John of Silver Lake, Bryon, at home, Kenneth of Middletown, Benjamin of the Maples, Irving of Newburgh, Bessie, wife of Frank Van Benschoten of Middletown, Rodella, wife of Nelson Cox of Goshen, Ruth, wife of Edward Schoran of Middletown, Mary Ellen, wife of Robert Hoskins of Middletown, and Mrs. Louise Clauson of Tuxedo.
Also surviving are 23 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Daniel of Michigan, George of Middletown, and Arlington of Sugar Loaf; and a sister, Bessie, wife of James Hanbuy of Chester.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 pm at Hasbrouck's Chapel, with the Rev. Joseph Johnson officiating. Interment will be at the family plot, Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg.

  Irving "Jake" Jacobs, 71, of Alamogordo, died Tuesday at Gerald Champion Memorial Hospital.
     He was born March 5, 1918 in Crystal Run, New York.  Mr. Jacobs had lived in Alamogordo since 1952 and was retired from Dynalectron.
     Survivors include his wife, Helen Jacobs of Alamogordo; three sister, Ruth Hinckley and Mrs. Stoddard Clauson of Middleton, New York, and Mary Hoskins of Montgomery, New York; and several nieces and nephews.
     Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. at Monte Vista Cemetery with the Rev. Henry Mueller officiating.  Friends may call at Hamilton Funeral Home on Thursday from 3 until 5 p.m. and from 7 until 9 p.m.
     Should friends desire, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, and envelopes ar available at the funeral home.
