Miss Mary Ann Cox

Miss Mary Ann Cox, daughter of John B. and Christiana Cox, whose death was recorded last week, was a beloved child, endeared to parents by every virtue which could adorn the social circle. She was the expected solace of the evening of their days; whose kind and faithful heart, whose gentle and affectionate bearing, whose faith and patience; shed over the family circle a radiance of joy and serenity which the walk of a Christian child only could impart. She has left the fragance of a memory precious to the hearts of surviving friends from whom she has been removed, and though dead is yet speaking. She was an honor student.
