     Robert E. Dicks, aged 56 years, died Sunday at 11 p.m. of 3 Albert Street, of a complication of diseases, after an illness of about three weeks.
     He was connected with train department of the O. & W. for many years and was well known over the whole length of the road.
     His wife, Sarah Van Leuvan, of Wurtsboro, survives him, with two children: William L. Dicks and Mrs. Frank Reeves, of New Vernon.
     He also had surviving one sister, Mrs. Charles Hultslander, and two brothers, Alderman William L. Dicks and Joseph Dicks, all of this city.  The late John F. Dicks was a brother of Mr. Dicks.
