Last Will and Testament
OF
MARY A. JACOBS
     I, MARY A. JACOBS, residing at Crystal Run Road (no number), Town of Wallkill, Orange County, New York, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and conscious of the uncertainties of this life, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills or codicils heretofore made by me.
     FIRST: I hereby direct the payment by my executor of all my just debts and funeral expenses and all legitimate expenses incurred in the administration of my estate.
     SECOND: (A) I hereby give and bequeath to my friend,
MRS. FLORENCE MERES, of Mt. Joy Road, R. D., Middletown, New York the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
     (B) I hereby give and bequeath to my brother-in-law, HARRY JACOBS, of Circleville, New York the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
     (C) I hereby give and bequeath to my brother and sister-in-law, JAMES REILLY and MARY REILLY of Fordham Road, 68 West 183rd Street, New York, New York, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
     (D) I hereby give and bequeath to my sister, CATHERINE REILLY, Box 59, Rocks Madonna Road, Maryland, do Mrs. Bates Hall, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
     (E) All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, and wheresoever located, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my brother, JOSEPH REILLY, of Arva County, Cavon, Ireland.
     THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint RICHARD MERES, to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament. The executor appointed as aforesaid shall have full power and authority to sell, mortgage and/or lease real estate and to act as such without the giving of any bond or security.
      IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and seal in the Town of Wallkill, County of Orange and State of New York this 26th day of February, 1968,

     This Will, consisting of two pages, including this page, was on the date thereof, signed sealed, published and declared by MARY A. JACOBS, the testatrix therein named, as her last Will and Testament, in our presence; and we, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, at the same time signed our names as witnesses thereto and have also read this attestation clause.
