Between John Heady and (?) Archer [47:93]

Deed on file at Putnam County Grantor Book 47, pp. 93-95 between John Heady of Putnam Valley and (?) Archer of Yorktown, dated 16 Aug 1866. Consideration given of $40. Land is listed in the town of Putnam (no Valley listed), Putnam Co., NY.

Beginning at the north west corner at an oak adjoining the land of the late WILLIAM HALL, deceased and also of CORNELIUS TOMPKINS thence running (easterly?) with said sand of the said Hall, deceased to the north side of a large rock in the fence now (stands?) to the corner of (ISAAC?) ARCHERS land thence westerly with said Archers land about 20 rods to a large chestnut tree thence southerly about 10 rods with the land of Cornelius Tompkins to the place of beginning.
