I am trying to find information about Robert P. FINLEY. He was born 1809 and died in Clinton County, Sept. 9, 1891. I need to know the ladies he was married to and the children he had by each lady. I believe he was married to a Cynthia Jane (?) and she died and then a Phebe DAKIN and she died and then a Jane RUSSELL. I find him with Jane on the 1850 and 1860 Census but which children belong to Jane and Robert? Who were Jane's parents and the same with Phebe DAKIN and Cynthia Jane? Please if you know anything about these people, will you please help me? I am just beginning search on this family. Have some information but can not make much of it. Thanks PJAFLA@ameritech.net .

Seeking information on my ggrandfather Moses MOORE. Moses fought in the Civil War and later fathered 5 boys and 2 girls. He died in the early 1900's and all of the boys lived at the OS&S home in Xenia. All of the boys served in WWI. Looking for parents and info on Andrew Jackson (Jack) ALLEN and Sarah Catherine BRADFIELD. They lived in Wayne Twp.Clinton Co in the 1870s and had daughters Oneta and Martha. ALLEN's mother's name was Rebecca (from 1860 census); no father listed. Jack ALLEN had sister named Owega who married a FRY and lived in Blanchester (Clinton Co.). Jack ALLEN was born abt 1849 in OH and died abt 1925-29 in Dayton, OH. Sarah BRADFIELD was born 1853 and dies in childbirth Feb 15, 1879. They were Quakers. Many ALLENS were in Clinton at that time, but I cannot link up this family. .
