The Ric Township, Clinton Co. 1820 census lists a Jacob BARRETT and 2 William BARRETTs. The 1830 lists a William, James and a Zimoi (or Zimri BARRETT) The elder Wm lived in Pendleton Co., KY in 1801 and Mason Co., KY 1805. The younger Wm was born about 1791 in SC and removed to Delaware Co IN by 1840, Jacob, born in KY about 1798, is there in 1850. There are several people living with Zimoi and James born in the mid 1700's. I haven't been able to connect these Barrett's with Jonathan or any other Quaker line in the records I have seen. If anyone can help please let me know. .

Searching for are descendants of Willie EDMONSON PANGBURN and Carrie DUMFORD; children Marietta, Arthur, James, Frances [married John WEIMER]. Willie was son of Eva Mae EDMONSON and William PANGBURN. Eva's brother, Edward Montgomery EDMONSON [of Ripley, OH] married Nannie PYLE [of Bracken Co., KY], daughter of Smith PYLE [of Cincinnati] and Catherine SERROT [born in France or the French Grant]. Smith was a son of Jonathan PYLE and Margaret ENGLISH, who lived in Clinton County in 1840, and moved on to Adams County, IN. Edward Montgomery EDMONSON and Nannie PYLE had my grandfather, Thomas EDMONSON in 1882, and died a few years later, so Thomas was a virtual orphan, and did not know much or talk much about his family. Now it's been determined that he had 21 first cousins, most of whom he probably was not aware of. He married and lived in Cincinnati most of his life, and now his descendants are scattered all over the U.S. Thank you. .
