I am seeking information on my great-great grandfather Leander TARR, b. 16 Sep 1827 in Clinton Co, He married Mahala MILLS, b.9 Aug 1825. She also was born in Clinton Co. They were married in Hocking co. on 30 Sep 1847. They moved to IN. and lived in Hartford City Blackford Co. Does anyone know who there parents were and where they migrated from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. .

George BAILEY in 1840 census, in Union. Seamor DOUGLASS in 1850, in Union; and Chester and Martin BODKIN in 1850, in Wayne. Several William BAILEY in Chester Twp, 1840 & 50, and in Wayne, 1850. Clinton is the only county in Ohio where I find all 3 surnames. G.B. BAILEY went to Placerville CA in 1851, where death records connected me to birthplace as Ohio, with no county or town given.
