Searching for information on Benjamin MURPHY who lived in Marion Township, Clinton County, Ohio as early as 1830. Benjamin was born in Delaware. Benjamin married Mary BROWN in adjacent Warren County in 1814. He lived in Clinton County until about 1858 when he moved his family to McDonough County, Illinois. I am searching for Benjamin's parents. His father may have been Levin MURPHY who purchased land near Todd's Fork in Clinton County in 1818. .

Seeking information about William (1806-1844) and Nancy EATON (1808-?) who lived in Greene Township. Children included Archibald (1828-1851), John (1832-?) and Margaret (1840-1857) William and Nancy were probably from Virginia. Archibald married Priscilla SCOTT. Would also like to know if Margaret EATON (1812-1860s) and Rebecca EATON ca. 1840-1882), who married Griffin POND, and who were also from Virginia, were related to William. .
