He had a son Timothy BENNETT born February 27 1765 died April 1827. He married Elizabeth HOBLITT (HOBLETT) January 27, 1789, daughter of Michael HOBLITT and Kathleen DIEGLE. James MCKAY d. 12 Dec 1862 in Gallatin, Tenn while serving during the Civil War. Margaret Ann MART remarried Laomi GALLAHER in March 1866 in Clinton County and later moved to Clinton County, Indiana .

No Census records exist (??), have several deeds showing land ownership. Any info greatly appreciated. Could anyone look into County Clerk Marriage/Divorce/civil Case records for me? There is apparently a divorce/remarriage about 1872-3 (???) referred to in one of the deeds. .

Mark died in Clarksville, Ohio on 8 Jan 1961. He was my uncle and I have never known any of his children. Anyone with any info on this family please e-mail me at scol986906@aol.com.
