Guy St. Clair WILLIAMS


Remains of Guy S. Williams Brought Home From Missouri

Guy St. Clair Williams was born April 22, 1881, in Millwood township, Guernsey County, Ohio where most of his life was spent. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wood Williams, of near Salesville. He spent one year in Illinois with his sister, Mrs. Ada Sherman. Three months ago he went to Slater, Mo. to visit her and there died on July 13, 1904, at the age of 23 years, 2 months and 21 days. He was ill but a short time from rheumatism and heart trouble.

The remains arrived at Salesville on Thursday night on the fast line. On Friday the funeral took place, conducted by Rev. J. R. Hoover, of the M. E. Church. The interment was made at Miller's church. E. E. Williams, of Kansas City, accompanied the remains home. — Quaker City Independent.
