William Bell's Estate No. 3026

Know all men by these presents that we, William H. Bell, Gabriel Glenn, and William H. Clark, are held and firmly bound unto the state of Ohio in the sum of eight thousand ($8000) dollars to the payment of which we do hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, if default be made in the condition following:

Whereas by the last will and testament of William Bell deceased, duly admitted to probate by the Probate Court within and for the county of Guernsey and state of Ohio. The said William H. Bell is made residuary legatee of all the estate, both real and personal of said William Bell, deceased: Now if the said William H. Bell, shall pay all the debts and legacies of said decedant, togther with the charges of administration, and all other legal claims against said estate then this obligation to be void: otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect.

Signed and sealed by us at Cambridge this 25th day of June A.D. 1869.
