JACKSON SCHOOL

Jackson school was located on the north bank of Baker's Fork, on the eastern border of the township. Benjamin V. Pugsley owned 649 acres on the original McArthur Surveys Nos. 4,089 and 4,188. His land was north of the Jackson farms, on the edge of a wild and undeveloped section, east of the Carmel community.
