Henry Barrows of Greenfield.
Henry Barrows 63, of 602 N. 5th St. Greenfield died at 3:20 p.m. Sat. in 
Greenfield Hospital after a short illness.

He was born in Athens County on 11-28-1892, a son of Corwin and Arabella 
Smith Barrows. His wife, the former Mable Howser died Oct. 1947.

Survivors are his father Corwin Barrows, a sister Mrs. Walter Belford of 
Greenfield with whom he resided after moving from Chillicothe about 4 years 
ago.

Mr. Barrows was a Veteran of WWI, and was a member of the Walnut Street 
Methodist Church in Chillicothe. He formerly was a pressman at the 
Chillcothe News Advistiser, and was associated with Mutchlers Pharmacy in 
Chillicothe for several years.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Murray Funeral Home, 
Greenfield. Friends may call at the funeral home. Graveside service will be 
held in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe at 11:30, Tuesday. The Rev. James 
Shady will officiate.
