The old Balls Chapel Cemetery is located on a place now owned by Elmo and Bernice Thomas, west of Atoka, Oklahoma. It is located in a wooded area just south of the Truett home and contains 15 marked graves and approximately 68 unmarked ones. It was canvassed July 11, 1979 by Janice Allen and Gwen Walker. The marked graves are as follows:
