Died at his home in West Gage on December 27, and was buried Saturday Dec. 28th, at Gage Cemetery. Funeral services held from Christian Church, services conducted by Rev. H. I. Bryant.
Uncle Johnny Barr has lived in this vicinity for a number of years, and was a familiar figure in this city. He was a man well liked by all who knew him, and had reached a ripe old age being near 80 years of age. Mr. Barr leaves a wife and several grown children besides other relatives and a host of friends to mourn his departure.
The record extends heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
