Leo Eli Marshall was born December 6, 1891, and died at Frot Ontario, October 6, 1918, at the age of 26 years and 10 months.
Leo leaves a father, mother, two brothers and one sister. He professed faith at the age of 15 and united with the Methodist Church South.
At the time of his death Leo was a first class private in the Medical department, being Ward master of ward 5. He would have soon been made a Corporal and been transfered to Washington D. C. to study the use of the X Ray machine. Leo left Ellis County on May 27th to entrain at Ft. Riley, Kansas, he waws there a month when he was transfered to the general hospital at Ft. Ontario, N. Y.
The funeral services were conducted from the Gage Methodist Church, being conducted by the Pastor Rev. Profitt, and assisted by Rev. H. D. Tomlin and Rev. J. F. Buhalts of Arnett.
