Christopher Don Rampy

We are here to celebrate the life of Christopher Don Rampy, born in Clarendon, Texas, on December 25, 1961.

He was the firstborn of six children who blessed the lives of their parents, Don and Karen Rampy, and he accepted Christ as his savior and was baptized in Austin, Texas in 1971.

Chris loved to fish, collect rocks, hunt, garden, and fellowship with his many friends. He worked in the construction industry from the time he was 16 years old. He was a very meticulous in everything he set his hands to.

He is survived by his parents, Don and Karen Rampy; his grandparents, Leston and Viola Stout; two brothers, James and Justin; three sisters, Denise Thomas, Terri Mantoya and Cheryl Stevens; four nephews; three nieces and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

On October 12, 2002 at the young age of 40, in Aurora, Colorado, Chris was called home to be with the Lord. He was a very fun loving, thoughtful, extremely well-mannered, and polite person. He will be very dearly missed, and his family and friends will all cherish, many fond, loving memories of his life with us.

Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. (Note: rest of obit missing).
