Marshal's Office. United States Marshal C. H. Thompson is out of the city.
Deputy Marshal Ned Sisson is in Perry attending the murder trial of Chas. Tinker, a half breed Osage who is charged with killing a white man on the reservation.
Geo. English and L. F. Breamer were released from jail yesterday on habeas corpus proceedings. The pair was charged with making lead discs to be used in beating slot machines and were arrested in Oklahoma City about three months ago.
Probate Court. Frank Lewis and Will Whitmore are being tried today for stealing a horse, buggy and harness from J. L. Barnes house. It looks as though they would be bound over.
William Baughman, of Garfield county, was pardoned yesterday by Governor Barnes.
A. L. May filed a complaint today in the probate court against Henry Scwab for assault.
