Tom Jenkins, John Twohey and John Poteet became engaged in a row over a game of craps on Oklahoma Avenue yesterday noon. Poteet was very much excited and settled the matter by carving Twohey to a Queen's tatte with a sharp razor. Twohey is seriously injured. All parties were arrested.

Ambrose Capers, charged with perjury in the Perry Land office, was released from the federal jail yesterday on $600 bond. He is the brother of Jones Caper of this city.

Chas Fennell, an Osage whisky peddler, and Geo. Stebbs, charged with peddling in the Indian country, were logged in the federal jail yesterday.

Geo Pennington, charged with stealing baled hay from the Osage country, was released from the federal jail yesterday on $300 bond
