St. Joseph's Academy - Commencement Exercises Witnessed By an Appreciative Audience - The fourth annual commencement of St Joseph's academy was held Thursday evening at the opera house and was largely attended. The program carried out was replete with musical and literary gems and the good sisters of St Joseph are deserving of great praise for their dilligent work in the cause of education. St Joseph's academy is one of Guthries most important institutions and should receive more patronage and encouragement from citizens.
