BE IT REMEMBERED, that heretofore to-wit on the 2d day of January A. D. 1925, the same being a day of the May A. D., 1924 Term of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the following proceedings were had in the above entitled cause, by said United States District Court, the HON. JOHN H. COTTERAL, presiding as appears of record in my office, to-wit:

The Prisoner, Bob Johnson, having been indicted and arraigned and having entered a plea of guilty of the crime of Possession of intoxicating Liquor in Indian County, and the cause coming before the Court in open session this 2nd day of January, A. D. 1925, upon motion of James A. Ingraham, Assistant U. S. District Attorney, for sentence upon said Bob Johnson, upon the plea of guilty heretofore entered in said cause, Defendant being present in Court in person, and the said Bob Johnson being asked by the Court to show cause, if any he hath, why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced, and the said Bob Johnson failing to show any legal cause why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced;
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Bob Johnson for the crime by him committed as charged in the indictment be imprisoned in the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma and confined for the term of Six (6) Months from this date, and pay unto the United States a fine in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and the costs of prosecution herein, and further stand committed until said fine and costs are paid, or, until released by due process of law. And it is further
ORDERED that said sentence of confinement shall run concurrently with sentence of confinement imposed in Case No. 3878.
And it is further ordered that the Marshal of said District transport the said Bob Johnson to said Logan County Jail and deliver him to the keeper of the said Logan County Jail, and that said keeper detain the said Bob Johnson according to the foregoing sentence, and that the Clerk of said Court immediately certify under the Seal of said Court, and deliver to the Marshal of said District, two copies of this Sentence, Judgement and Order, one to accompany the body of the said Bob Johnson and be left therewith at the said Logan County Jail, and the other copy to be warrant and authority for the transportation and imprisonment of the said Bob Johnson as hereinbefore provided, and upon which said Marshal shall make due return.

I, Harry L. Finley, Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the within and foregoing contains a full, true, and complete copy of the Sentence, Judgement, and Order, entered in the case of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, vs. Bob Johnson, No.   4286, under date of January 2, 1925, as the same appears of Record in my office.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I thereunto subscribe my name and affix
the seal of said United States District Court, at my office in Guthrie,
in said District, this 2nd day of January A. D. 1925
