THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, Plaintiff vs. No. 810 Bill Rogers Defendant.
Now on this 6th day of June, 1925, the same being one of the regular judicial days of the March Term of the District Court of Logan County, State of Oklahoma, comes the States of Oklahoma by George W. Partridge County Attorney of Logan County, Oklahoma, and comes also the defendant herein in his own proper person; and the defendant is duly arraigned in open Court upon the Information filed therein charging him with the crime of Assault and Battery and to which Information the said defendant is now informed by the Court of the nature of the charge and his plea of guilty thereto, in said cause, and is asked by the Court whether he has any legal cause to show why judgement and sentence of the Court should not be pronounced upon him at this time and no sufficient reason being given by the defendant or appearing to the Court.
It is by the Court considered, ordered, sentenced and adjudged that said defendant is guilty of Assault and Battery as charged in the Information and as shown by his plea of guilty thereto, and that for said offense by him committed he be punished paying a fine of Fifty and no/100 ($50.00) Dollars in each case and the costs of said suit taxed at $20.75 And in default of the payment of said fine and costs he stand committed to the County Jail of Logan County, Oklahoma, until the full amount of said fine and cost have been fully paid or until he has served therein one day for each one dollar of said fine and costs.
