Journal Entry on Plea of Guilty



           STATE OF OKLAHOMA,

                 vs.                        No.  3450

            Everett Morlan
                    Defendant.


Now on this 3rd day of June, 1930, Everett Morlan defendant above named appears before the court and asks leave to withdraw his plea of not guilty in case No. 3450 and to enter a plea of guilty in said case, to the charge of Possession of liquor.

The State of Oklahoma is present by Harry F. Blake County Attorney, and the Defendant is present in person.
Thereupon the defendant enters his plea of Guilty to the crime charged in the information and requests the Court to forthwith pass judgement and sentence. It is therefore, by the Court,
CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Everett Morlan is guilty as charged in the information and as punishment therefor he pay to the State of Oklahoma, a fine in the sum of $50.00, and in addition to said fine, be imprisoned in the County Jail of Logan County for a period of 30 days and that he be allowed credit for one day Jail time, and that he pay the costs of this prosecution taxed in the sum of $0, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, that he be imprisoned in the County Jail in addition to said fine, one day for each additional unpaid $1.00 of such fine and costs, and the Clerk is hereby ordered to issue Commitment in accordance herewith. And that the sureties on his appearance bond are released from all further liability thereon.
