BE IT REMEMBERED, that heretofore to-wit on the 24th day of May A. D. 1921, the same being a day of the Regular May A. D., 1921 Term of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the following proceedings were had in the above entitled cause, by said United States District Court, the HON. JOHN H. COTTERAL, presiding as appears of record in my office, to-wit:

The Prisoner, Harrison Bates, having been indicted and arraigned and having entered a plea of guilty of the crime of Violation of National Prohibition Act of October 28, 1919, and the cause coming before the Court in open session this 24th day of May, A. D. 1921, upon motion of Herbert M. Peck, Esq., U. S. District Attorney, for sentence upon said Harrison Bates, upon the plea of guilty heretofore entered in said cause, Defendant being present in Court in person, and the said Harrison Bates being asked by the Court to show cause, if any he hath, why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced, and the said Harrison Bates failing to show any legal cause why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced;
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Harrison Bates for the crime by him committed as charged in the first count of said information be imprisoned in the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma and confined for the term of Sixty (60) days from this date, or, until released by due process of law. And it is further
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Harrison Bates for the crime by him committed as charged in the second count of said information be imprisoned in the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma and confined for the term of Sixty (60) days from this date, or, until released by due process of law. And it is further
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Harrison Bates for the crime by him committed as charged in the third count of said information pay a fine unto the United States in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and pay the costs of prosecution herein, and in default thereof stand committed in the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma until said fine and costs are paid, or, until released by due process of law. And it is further
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that said sentences of confinement shall run concurrently.
And it is further ordered that the Marshal of said District transport the said Harrison Bates to said Logan County Jail and deliver him to the keeper of the said Logan County Jail, and that said keeper detain the said Harrison Bates according to the foregoing sentence, and that the Clerk of said Court immediately certify under the Seal of said Court, and deliver to the Marshal of said District, two copies of this Sentence, Judgement and Order, one to accompany the body of the said Harrison Bates and be left therewith at the said Logan County Jail, and the other copy to be warrant and authority for the transportation and imprisonment of the said Harrison Bates as hereinbefore provided, and upon which said Marshal shall make due return.

in said District, this 24th day of May A. D. 1921

I certify that I served the within Writ by delivering the within named Harrison Bates together with a copy of this Writ into the custody and hands of the County Jailer, at Guthrie, in the State of Oklahoma, on the 24th day of May, 1921 as within I am commanded,
