BE IT REMEMBERED, that heretofore to-wit on the 26th day of May A. D. 1925, the same being a day of the Special May A. D., 1925 Term of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the following proceedings were had in the above entitled cause, by said United States District Court, the HON. JOHN H. COTTERAL, presiding as appears of record in my office, to-wit:

The Prisoner, H. G. Givens, having been informed against and arraigned and having entered a plea of guilty of the crime of Violation of National Prohibition Act, and the cause coming before the Court in open session this 26th day of May, A. D. 1925, upon motion of James A. Ingraham, Assistant, U. S. District Attorney, for sentence upon said H. G. Givens, upon the plea of guilty heretofore entered in said cause, Defendant being present in Court in person, and the said H. G. Givens being asked by the Court to show cause, if any he hath, why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced, and the said H. G. Givens failing to show any legal cause why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced;
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, H. G. Givens for the crime by him committed as charged in the information, pay a fine unto the United States in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and in default thereof be committed to the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma until said fine is paid, or, until released by due process of law.
And it is further ordered that the Marshal of said District transport the said H. G. Givens to said Logan County Jail and deliver him to the keeper of the said Logan County Jail, and that said keeper detain the said H. G. Givens according to the foregoing sentence, and that the Clerk of said Court immediately certify under the Seal of said Court, and deliver to the Marshal of said District, two copies of this Sentence, Judgement and Order, one to accompany the body of the said H. G. Givens and be left therewith at the said Logan County Jail, and the other copy to be warrant and authority for the transportation and imprisonment of the said H. G. Givens as hereinbefore provided, and upon which said Marshal shall make due return.

I, Harry L. Finley, Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the within and foregoing contains a full, true, and complete copy of the Sentence, Judgement, and Order, entered in the case of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, vs. H. G. Givens, No.   5162, under date of May 26, 1925, as the same appears of Record in my office.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I thereunto subscribe my name and affix
the seal of said United States District Court, at my office in Guthrie,
in said District, this 26th day of May A. D. 1925
