MOTION TO DISMISS

Comes now, Harry F. Blacke, County Attorney of Logan County, Stae of Oklahoma and moves the Court to make an order dismissing the above cause for the reason at the cost of the prosecuting witness in the sum of $7.60.

ORDER OF DISMISSING

On this 29^th day of October, 1930, the motion of the County Attorney, Harry F. Blake, to dismiss the above cause comes on for hearing.
