           UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

                    vs.                        No.  __2982________

BE IT REMEMBERED, That heretofore, to wit, on the 9th day of June A. D. 1923, the same being a day of the May, A. D. 1923, Term of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the following proceedings were had in the above entitled cause, by said United States District Court, the Hon. JOHN H. COTTERAL, presiding as appears of record in my office, to wit:


           UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

                    vs.                        No.  __2982________

        _______James Robinson,__________


The Prisoner, James Robinson, having been informed against, and arraigned and having been tried and convicted, of the crime of Violation of the National Prohibition Act, and the cause coming before the Court in open session this 9th day of June A. D. 1923, upon motion of James A. Ingraham, Asst., U. S. District Attorney, for sentence upon said James Robinson, upon the verdict, of guilty heretofore rendered by the Jury, in said cause, Defendant being present in Court in person, and the said James Robinson being asked by the Court to show cause, if any he hath, why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced, and the said James Robinson failing to show any legal cause why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced;
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, James Robinson for the crime by him committed as charged in the first count in the information, pay a fine unto the United States in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and in default thereof stand committed to the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma until said fine is paid, or, released by due process of law.
And it is further
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, James Robinson, for the crime by him committed, as charged in the second count in the information, be imprisoned in the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma and confined for the term of Thirty (30) days from this date, or, until released by due process of law.
And it is further ordered that the Marshal of said District transport the said James Robinson to the said Logan County Jail and deliver him to the keeper of the said Logan County Jail, and that said keeper detain the said James Robinson according to the foregoing sentence, and that the Clerk of said Court immediately certify under the Seal of said Court, and deliver to the Marshal of said District, two copies of this and be left therewith at the said Logan County Jail, and the other copy to be warrant and authority for the transportation and imprisonment of the said James Robinson as hereinbefore provided, and upon which said Marshal shall make due return.

I, Harry L. Finley, Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the within and foregoing contains a full, true, and complete copy of the Sentence, Judgement, and Order, entered in the case of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, vs. James Robinson, No.   2982, under date of June 9, 1923, as the same appears of Record in my office.
