IN THE COUNTY COURT OF LOGAN COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA


           STATE OF OKLAHOMA     Plaintiff,

                 vs.                        No.  3539

             Leroy Petty         Defendant.

ORDER ALLOWING DEFENDANT CREDIT FOR LABOR


Now on this 15th day of December, 1930, comes on to be heard the application of the Defendant Leroy Petty, to be allowed credit for 60 days of labor on his fine and costs, in the above entitled cause, of action, said labor being done on the Logan County Jail and premises.
And the Court being advised in the premises finds that said defendant has performed such labor and is entitled to a credit of 60 days labor on his fine and costs, and the regular rate of $1.00 per day for such labor.
IT IS THEREFORE, BY THE COURT ORDERED, that said defendant be and he is hereby, given credit for 60 days labor, or a $60.00 credit on his fine and costs in the above entitled case.
