Journal Entry on Plea of Guilty



           STATE OF OKLAHOMA,

                 vs.                        No.  3389

              Luke Smith
                    Defendant.


Now on this 26th day of April, 1930, Luke Smith defendant above named appears before the bar of the above entitled court for sentence upon information filed in said Court charging said defendant with the crime of Petit Larceny.

The State of Oklahoma is present by Harry F. Blake County Attorney, and the Defendant is present in person and by his attorney, A. V. Dinwiddie.
Thereupon the defendant having heretofore entered his plea of Guilty to the crime charged in the information, requests the Court to forthwith pass judgement and sentence. It is therefore, by the Court,
CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Luke Smith is guilty as charged in the information and as punishment therefor he pay to the State of Oklahoma, a fine in the sum of $10.00, and that he pay the costs of this prosecution taxed in the sum of $44.00, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, that he be imprisoned in the County Jail in addition to said fine, one day for each additional unpaid $1.00 of such fine and costs, and the Clerk is hereby ordered to issue Commitment in accordance herewith.
