BE IT REMEMBERED, that heretofore to-wit on the 28th day of May A. D. 1925, the same being a day of the Special May A. D., 1925 Term of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the following proceedings were had in the above entitled cause, by said United States District Court, the HON. JOHN H. COTTERAL, presiding as appears of record in my office, to-wit:

The Prisoner, Robert Carr, having been informed against and arraigned and having entered a plea of guilty of the crime of Violation of National Prohibition Act, and the cause coming before the Court in open session this 28th day of May, A. D. 1925, upon motion of James A. Ingraham, Assistant, U. S. District Attorney, for sentence upon said Robert Carr, upon the plea of guilty heretofore entered in said cause, Defendant being present in Court in person, and the said Robert Carr being asked by the Court to show cause, if any he hath, why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced, and the said Robert Carr failing to show any legal cause why the sentence of the law should not be pronounced;
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Robert Carr for the crime by him committed as charged in the first count of information pay a fine unto the United States in the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00), and in default thereof stand committed to the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma until said fine is paid, or, until released by due process of law. And it is further
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as the sentence of the law, by the Court pronounced, that the said defendant, Robert Carr for the crime by him committed as charged in the second count of said information pay a fine unto the United States in the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00), and in default thereof stand committed to the Logan County Jail at Guthrie, Oklahoma until said fine is paid, or, until released by due process of law.
And it is further ordered that the Marshal of said District transport the said Robert Carr to said Logan County Jail and deliver him to the keeper of the said Logan County Jail, and that said keeper detain the said Robert Carr according to the foregoing sentence, and that the Clerk of said Court immediately certify under the Seal of said Court, and deliver to the Marshal of said District, two copies of this Sentence, Judgement and Order, one to accompany the body of the said Robert Carr and be left therewith at the said Logan County Jail, and the other copy to be warrant and authority for the transportation and imprisonment of the said Robert Carr as hereinbefore provided, and upon which said Marshal shall make due return.

I, Harry L. Finley, Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the within and foregoing contains a full, true, and complete copy of the Sentence, Judgement, and Order, entered in the case of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, vs. Robert Carr, No.   4822, under date of May 28, 1925, as the same appears of Record in my office.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I thereunto subscribe my name and affix
the seal of said United States District Court, at my office in Guthrie,
in said District, this 28th day of May A. D. 1925
