                 vs.                        No.  3494

             Robert Scott        Defendant.

Order Granting Defendant Credit For Jail Labor

Now on this 23rd day of August, 1930, the above entitled matter comes on for hearing, upon the application of Robert Scott, Defendant to be allowed credit for labor done on the County Jail and Premises.
And it appearing to the Court that the said Robert Scott was committed to the County Jail on 23 day of May 1930 on a charge of possession of a still and was sentenced by the Court to pay a fine in the sum of $50.00 and imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of 30 days, and to pay the cots of the action in the sum of $19.50, and that said Defendant has been serving said sentence, fine and costs in said Jail; that during this time he has been made a trusty by the Sheriff and has worked in the County Jail and premises for a period of 73 days.
IT IS THEREFORE, by the Court, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed, that said Defendant Robert Scott, be allowed cr3edit on said sentence in the sum of $73.00 representing 73 days labor at the regular rates of $1.00 per day.
