MOTION TO DISMISS


Comes now Harry F. Blake, County Attorney of Logan County, State of Oklahoma, and moves the court to make an order dismissing the above cause of notion at the costs of the prosecuting witness for the reason that the evidence is insufficient to sustain a conviction.

ORDER DISMISSING


On this 5th day of September, 1930, the motion of the County Attorney, Harry F. Blake, to dismiss the above cause comes on for hearing.
IT IS HEREBY CONSIDERED and ordered that said cause be dismissed and the prosecuting witness be charged with costs and that an order issue against said prosecuting witness for the collection of costs herein taxed at $0 and that said defendant and his sureties go hence without day.
