23 County Men Separated From Armed Services

Reports of separation for 23 county men have been received during the past month by the local selective service board, and reports of eight enlistments also have been received.
Listed as separated from the Army during the month are Ralph D. Stout, Wayne Harding, Melvin W. Triplett, Lloyd D. Smith, Robert A. Powell, Ralph M. Waller, Earnest J. Sneed and Warren T. Dewberry, jr., all of Guthrie; Raymond D. Nakvinda, Lewis C. Pope, both of Seward; Watt Brooks, Meridian; Wendell E. Nobbe, Coyle; Kenneth J. Whelan, Garber; Arthur W. Burrows, Luther; Gerals W. Nelson, Virgil W. Allen, Melvin Fowler, all of Crescent; Alvin L. Beutler, Edmond.
Navy separations include Herbert E. Taylor, Ray E. Reilly, Lloyd A. Simpson, all of Guthrie. Separated from the Air Force were Kermit W. Clark, Fallis, and Willis E. Vontress, Meridian.
Air Force enlistments include Clair E. Seeliger, Orlando; Roy C. Brown, Guthrie, Ulysses G. Cumby, Langston; Del Roy Mills and Rogert L. Stanbrough, both of Coyle, and Lester A. Threatt.
Navy enlistments are Gregory L. Williams and Leon M. Cherry, jr., both of Guthrie.
