Paul M. Childers
This is a photo before Paul Munday Childers went to France in WWI. Born in Mulhall, Logan County, Oklahoma, he came back with shrapnel in his body which was removed by his father, Dr. Childers of Logan County. He later went to work at Conoco in Ponca City working and contributing there for over four decades. One of his successes there was to design and build a miniature refinery in the back of a DeSoto stationwagon, which was to drive to the drilling sites and test for sulfur content.
