Bruce M. Brown was born in Wellington, Kansas, 1885. He came to Crescent, with his parents in 1889 where he grew to manhood. After moving to Snyder, Okla., with his parents he lived in Old Mexico. His last few years were spent in Los Angeles, Calif. He passed away at the home of his sister in Tucumcari, New Mexico, October 18, 1915, but was laid to rest in Summit View cemetery October 20. He leaves to mourn his loss his parents, Mr. And Mrs. J. C. Brown and Doretha Brown of Snyder, Okla., Mr. and Mrs. S. Varley, Willa Brown of Guthrie; Mr. and Mrs. C. Rogers, Tucumcari, N. M.; Mr. and Mrs. A. Hartwell and Flo Brown, Los Angeles, Calif.
