Beesley Rites Tuesday

Funeral services for James Edward Beesley, 49, Oklahoma City, will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday in the Smith Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Mulhall. The Rev. Marlin McNeil of the Mulhall Christian Church will officiate. Smith Funeral Home in Guthrie is in charge of arrangements.
Beesley died Sunday, Jan. 7, 1979 in Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born at Mulhall, July 14, 1929.
He was a graduate of Mulhall High School. He has been a resident of Oklahoma City the past 28 years. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict. He had been employed by Lumbermen's Supply Co. in Oklahoma City for the past 28 years and served as assistant manager.
Survivors include his wife, Norma, one son, James Edward, Jr., and one daughter Kerry Lynn, all of the home; his mother, Mrs. Delilah Beesley, Guthrie; two sisters, Mrs. Bob (Vivian) Combs, Mulhall; Mrs. Orville (Colleen) Rex, Pond Creek; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1960.
Pall bearers will be James Guest, John Chapman, Delbert Phillips, Jr., Bob Minks, Johnny Bellah, and Bill Ward, all of Oklahoma City.
