Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 1, for Melba D. Dickerson of Costa Mesa, Calif., at the Rose Lawn Cemetery in Mulhall. Mrs. Dickerson was born Nov. 20, 1926 in Wichita, Kan., and died Feb. 3, 2004, after a short illness, in Costa Mesa, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milburn and Doris Honeyman; a sister, June Honeyman; and a brother, Graydon Honeyman.
She is survived by a son, Terry; two grandsons; Jim and Tim Dickerson; three great-grandchildren: Tyler, Haley and Devon Dickerson, all of Costa Mesa, Calif.; three sisters; Marcella Laeger, Tulsa, Veloise Sullivan, Norman, and Glenda Lough, Mulhall; one sister-in-law, Daisy Honeyman, Tulsa; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Ms. Dickerson was a prominent business woman in Costa Mesa for the past fifty years and was the owner of the Dickerson Glass Co. and former owner of a restaurant in Costa Mesa. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
