Michael Phillip Duffy of Guthrie, Oklahoma was born January 26, 1949, in Oklahoma City and grew up in Ardmore. Mike passed away at home peacefully in his sleep from heart failure on Monday, August 25, 2003. He is preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Victor J. Duffy. He was a Teamster and worked for Yellow Freight for the past 12 years. Mike and Gwen own the Seely House Bed and Breakfast in Guthrie.
He is survived by is wife of 20 years, Gwen; daughter, Adrienne and Tim Todd of Tulsa; sons, Victor of Norman, and Wade and Deena of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Charlotte, Olivia and Isella; brother, Raymond of Ardmore; sister, Kathy Lawson of Ardmore; mother-in-law, Alice Lovendahl of Clyde, Kansas; and numerous aunts, uncles, sisters-and brothers-in-laws.
