Private services for Wesley Albert Eitson were held at Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Wesley was born in Logan County April 23, 1924, and passed away, Feb. 24, 2004, in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
He attended Crescent schools and joined the United States Navy serving in the Phillipines during World War II. After leaving the military, he returned to Guthrie and Stillwater working with construction work. He later worked in Colorado and Idaho as a large crane operator. His hobbies were fishing and hunting large game.
He married Lucille Mazzanti in Bremerton, Wash., while stationed in the Navy there. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lucille; a son, Wesley Jr. of Boise, Idaho; a daughter, Susan Brooks of Silverdale, Wash.; two grandsons, Matthew and Mike of Silverdale, Wash.; three brothers, Mike Eitson of Guthrie, James Eitzen of Lakewood, Color., and John Eitson of Irving, Texas; three sisters, Mary Ellen Stewart, Sylvia Ochs and Darla Wilson all of Guthrie; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Our yodeling cowboy will be missed.
