Johnny Floyd Hurst, Sr. - Services for Johnny Floyd Hurst, Sr., 58, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Smith Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Stevens will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Gardens cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Mr. Hurst was born March 4, 1929 in Amarillo, Texas, and died June 28, 1988 in Logan County Health Center.
He is survived by his mother, Marie Hurst, Guthrie, his wife Barbara, of Guthrie, five sons, Johnny Jr., Billy, Steve and Michael, all of Guthrie, and Tommy of Miner, Ill, one daughter, Ruth Coffman, Guthrie, three brothers, Joe, Paul and David, all of Texas, two sisters, Mary Reece of Garden City, KS and Rosie Wychant of Houston, Texas, and 13 grandchildren.
