The Mulhall Enterprise Mulhall, Logan Co., O.T. Saturday, July 14, 1894
Died, Mr. Elisha V. Johns July 7th, 1894 at the family residence four miles east of Mulhall, O.T. aged 49 years, 4 months, and 4 days.
Mr. Johns was born in Pensville, Morgan county, Ohio, March 3rd 1845, was married to Mrs. Mary Cunningham November 27th, 1880 and came to this territory at the opening where his family joined him the following March. His health broke down last February and he was confined to his bed. He was a kind husband and father and was highly respected by his neighbors.
The funeral was conducted by Rev. C.P. Brewer from the family residence on Sunday, July 8th at 4 o'clock.
