L. B. Jackson, pioneer of the west and an '89er in Guthrie is dead. He died Friday night at the home of his daughter Mrs. E. C. Misner following a short illness. At the time of his death he was 79 years of age, having been born in Philadelphia in 1837.
Mr. Jackson leaves to mourn his death his widow, Mrs. L. B. Jackson, his daughters, Mrs. E. C. Misner of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. J. D. Winters of Sparry, Okla., all of whom were present at the funeral.
