Rudolf Ryszard Labus, Sr.
April 3, 1930 - Feb. 28, 2006

Rudolf Ryszard Labus, Sr. of Guthrie died February 28, 2006 at the age of 75.

He was born April 3, 1930 in Swisvodics, Poland to Aloizy and Maria Cecilla (Balcerzak) Labus.

The Guthrie Methodist Church sponsored Rudolf and his family in their move from Poland to Guthrie in the early 1950's. He worked for Midco Fabricators for many years as a welder. He retired in 1996.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Karl, one daughter and one son Rudolf (Rudy Jr.). He is survived by one son, Michael and wife Shelly of Edmond, OK, six grandchildren, Nick Labus of Gurhrie; Tara, Kara, Trudy, Brittany and Anthony Labus all of Edmond, three sisters, Renata McDorman, Anna Cypert and Urszula Labus all of the Tulsa area.

The family requests a private family services. Services are under the direction of Community Funeral Home, Guthrie, OK.
