Funeral services for Louis Dale Marrs, 69, of Crescent, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 at Abernathy Funeral Chapel, Crescent under the direction of Abernathy Funeral Home, Crescent. Burial will be in Crescent Cemetery.
Louis was born January 1, 1935, in Crescent to Carl and Alee Mars. He died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Oklahoma City.
Louis is survived by his wife; Lena Marrs, Downey, Calif; three sons, Louis, David and Jerry, all of California; two daughters: Crystal Inga, Ft. Lewis, Wash, and Lisa Downey, Calif; seven grandchildren all of California, four sisters, Eva Bench and Rhonda Lynn of the home, Crescent, Edna Mae Tontz, Guthrie, Alice Kordis, Iola, and Vera Gurloy, Ft. Worth, Texas; a brother, Wayne Marrs, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
