Rinda Carolyn Philip Moberly from Crescent, died on August 27, 2003 after a short bout with cancer. At the time of death she was 76 years old. Rinda was born on December 3, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She married R. H. "Doc" Mobely on August 28, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was employed by Western Electic as an accountant. One of the first women accepted in the OU Business College. One of the first women to be employed by Western Electric in the Accounting Department. She was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. A member of the First United Methodist Church. And she was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband R. H. "Doc" Mobely, two daughters Sara Fuller of Crescent and Amy Frost of Edmond, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
