William L. "Bill" McKenzie, born January 30, 1889 in Lamar, Barton County, Missouri, to Charles Wesley McKenzie and Mary Ann Dill-McKenzie. On September 15, 1910 in Logan County, he married Kitty Marie Likens, born March 22, 1895 in the White River area close to Branson, Missouri. At the time of marriage they were living in Meridian, OK. "Bill" died October 26, 1957. Kitty died February 15, 1972. Both are buried in Summit View Cemetery. They are survived by their children: Claud McKenzie, Mildred Davidson, Ruby Grace Green, Hermon "Buddy" McKenzie, Juanita McNulty, William "Billy" McKenzie and Mary Helen Coburn. One daughter, Thelma Lorene predeceased them.
