Benjamin Franklin Prosser was born in Wales, England March 21, 1862, died in Guthrie, Okla., August 7, 1915. Age 53 years 4 months and 16 days. When he was three years of age his parents moved to the United States and settled in Iowa where they lived until he was sixteen years old. In 1881 they moved to Nebraska and settled on a farm near Wymore. On Dec. 25, 1889 he was married to Miss Irene Petty, and moved to Oklahoma, in 1891. To this union was born three children two of which are still living, and many other relatives and friends mourn his loss.
