Funeral services for Carol Yvonne Pinion, 51, of Crescent were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2002 at Highway of Holiness Church in Oklahoma City with Pastor Johnny Steiger and Pastor Naomi Steiger officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood-Kaler Ave. Cemetery in Bucyrus, Ohio.

Pinion was born Dec. 11, 1950 in Richlands, Va. to Isaac Robert Rimmer and Mable Mutter. She died Oct. 12, 2002 in Crescent.

She was a Sunday School teacher and involved in prison ministry.

Survivors include her spiritual mother, Connie Ritter of Crescent, two sisters, Betty Martin and Dorothy Gasuras, both of Bucyrus, Ohio; spiritual sister Gaylynn Williams of Guthrie; three nephews, Craig Martin, BIll Rimmer and Christopher Gasuras, all of Bucyrus, Ohio; two nieces, Rhonda Worden of Crestline, Ohio and Kimberly Keller of Bucyrus, Ohio; one grandnephew, Kyle Fulwider, one grandniece, Kiana Keller; and several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bill Rimmer.

Memorials may be made to the Highway of Holiness Church.
