Graveside services for Edith Mae Panick, 78, of Edmond, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2001 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Baggerley Funeral Home of Edmond was in charge of arrangements.

Edith was born Oct. 15, 1922 in Edmond. She died March 2, 2001 in Oklahoma City.

She was a homemaker and member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. H. (Bill) Panick and one grandson, Brian N. Panick.

Survivors include her children, Orville N. Panick of Bartlesville, Okla. and Billy Gene Panick of Edmond; brother and sisters, Lillie McMahan of King City, Calif., Naomi Haben of Britton, Okla., Orville (Bud) Ashpaugh of Igo, Calif., Cora Jamison and Arletha Palmer of King City, Calif., Loren (Cork) Ashpaugh of Guthrie, Okla.; four grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
